Hi I’m Will, I am an audio specialist and musician based in Manchester, UK and currently working towards a Masters in Audio Production at Salford University.
My first steps into the world of sound began with learning the violin at a young age. I’ve since spent the last 25 years exploring and working with music and audio in a variety of ways. I spent many years after leaving school playing in bands and solo all over the UK and Europe but increasingly my interest turned towards sound. Sound fascinates me and the different ways modern technology can be applied to capture, manipulate and reproduce different sound sources is truly incredible.
This blog will serve as a place for my thoughts and observations on the fast evolving soundscape of the modern world.
